Manufactured on TSMC’s advanced second-generation 3nm process node, the flagship processor is purpose-built to anchor Google’s vision of on-device Gemini Intelligence across upcoming premium, ultra-portable Googlebook laptops. By pairing top-tier CPU and GPU silicon with an integrated 55 TOPS neural processing unit, MediaTek aims to deliver persistent, low-power agentic AI assistance, real-time multimodal transcription, and seamless cloud-free multitasking in thin-and-light laptop designs.
Built on TSMC’s advanced 3nm process, Dimensity CX C10 Max utilizes an All Big Core design with octa-core CPU, 11-core GPU, and MediaTek’s 8th-generation NPU in a highly efficient platform engineered to deliver stellar performance across multitasking, productivity, entertainment, intelligent assistance, and more. Its power-efficient architecture enables manufacturers to design thinner, lighter, and fanless devices with all-day1 battery life.
The MediaTek NPU 890 delivers up to 55 TOPS of performance, helping enable upcoming Googlebook devices to better deliver an experience that’s a step ahead. Further expanding MediaTek’s AI leadership spanning from the Edge to the cloud, MediaTek NPU 890 is designed to power Gemini Intelligence features, delivering faster responses and offering additional privacy benefits.

Supporting camera sensors of up to 32MP, the AI-ISP enables high-quality HDR video capture, smooth video zoom, cinematic video, and sustained focus; resulting in clearer, more immersive video calls, livestreams and content creation.
The platform also supports Wi-Fi 7 connectivity with speeds of up to 7.3Gbps, providing fast, reliable connections for streaming, downloads, and video conferencing in busy wireless environments.
